1 Your seller and these purchase terms

Hangzhou Ading Technology Co., Ltd. sells goods through www.morvanim.com under the morvanim brand. Its registered and contact details appear below. These terms apply to a purchase together with Shipping Policy and Return Policy. Terms of Service provides the general service framework; the specific purchase policy governs its subject where the wording differs. Mandatory consumer law always takes priority.

Privacy Notice describes information handling. Accepting a purchase does not authorize optional marketing or advertising tracking.

2 Review the item and checkout details

Check the product, chosen shade, quantity, contents, net amount, ingredients, directions, price and delivery information before ordering. Ask about any essential missing detail. A different item or shade is supplied only with your agreement.

Display settings and application can affect the appearance of color, but a material mismatch with the description remains subject to your remedies. Performance statements relate to the supported claims for the selected product and do not promise medical or therapeutic results.

An order requires legal capacity or valid authorization where permitted. Give accurate billing and shipping details and use a payment method you are entitled to use.

3 When an order becomes binding

Placing an order is your offer to purchase. An automated receipt acknowledges the offer; acceptance occurs when we send dispatch confirmation, unless an earlier message expressly accepts it. If funds have already been taken and the order cannot be accepted, we return them promptly.

Checkout identifies the available payment services. Authorization and necessary fraud checks must complete before shipment. We may request reasonable verification information but do not seek passwords or payment security codes by email.

Before you commit to payment, the total, currency, shipping and taxes collected by us must be visible. Any relevant import charge not collected at checkout must be disclosed before purchase. Separate bank conversion charges may apply.

4 Stock issues and material errors

A genuine stock shortage, unavailable destination, failed payment or reasonable fraud concern may prevent acceptance; we explain the outcome. For a material price or description error, we contact you to agree a correction or cancel and refund as legally permitted. An accepted price is not increased retrospectively without agreement.

Promotion conditions apply only where disclosed before purchase. Mandatory rights apply equally to discounted goods. Reference prices, testing statements and verified-review labels must be accurate and supported.

5 Delivery changes and cancellation

Normal processing takes 1 to 3 business days, followed by an estimated 7 to 15 business days in transit after dispatch, subject to the destination estimate shown before payment. Shipping Policy explains the tracking process and delay remedies. Our seller responsibilities continue during a delivery problem.

Email service@morvanim.com as soon as a correction or cancellation is needed. Before dispatch, cancellation has no cancellation fee if we can stop fulfillment. After dispatch, use Return Policy and any applicable withdrawal rights. A short administrative cancellation window does not remove a mandatory right, and no automatic penalty applies.

6 Returns and refunds

The voluntary return offer requires notice within 30 calendar days after delivery and compliance with Return Policy's condition and hygiene requirements. Legal remedies for faults, unsafe goods, damage, wrong items and material misdescription are separate.

Direct return postage for a change of mind is paid by you. Necessary return costs for a confirmed fault or our error are paid by us. No restocking fee applies. Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt and assessment, or approval without a return. A further 5 to 10 business days may be needed for provider posting. Earlier mandatory deadlines prevail; Return Policy contains the complete procedure and applicable EU and UK withdrawal terms.

7 Responsibilities that remain protected

Goods must meet the relevant contractual and statutory requirements. We do not remove mandatory rights concerning quality, conformity, safety, delivery or refunds, or exclude liability that the law requires us to retain. This includes fraud and, where exclusion is prohibited, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Subject to law, losses not reasonably foreseeable at the time of contracting may be outside our responsibility. That qualification is not a complete release from the consequences of our breach. Events beyond reasonable control do not cancel remedies granted by law.

8 Applicable law and disputes

The laws of the People's Republic of China govern these terms, with mandatory consumer protections preserved. Choosing that law does not displace rights under the law of your habitual residence that cannot be contracted away.

You may ask support to review a dispute. Courts competent under applicable consumer and procedural law may hear claims. An exclusive Chinese forum is not imposed where you have a mandatory right to proceed elsewhere. These terms impose neither compulsory private arbitration nor a waiver of collective rights.

9 Records and revisions

The version presented for your order applies to that purchase. Later wording applies prospectively unless a lawful change is expressly agreed. Keep your order confirmation and the applicable terms; essential notices go to the email you supplied.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue as far as law permits. Delay in enforcing a right does not waive it. Notices and questions may be sent to the email or registered address below.
